Hatherop Castle School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and committed Year 3 teacher to join our thriving school community on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to teach within a successful co-educational day and boarding prep school and nursery, set in the heart of the Cotswolds and part of the Wishford Education Group.
We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who inspires children through engaging teaching, high expectations and a genuine passion for learning. The successful candidate will share our belief that every child should be supported to be ambitious, develop a love of learning, grow in independence and fulfil their potential.
The role would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who would benefit from a supportive and collaborative environment with access to mentoring and professional development.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute fully to the wider life of the school, including games, co-curricular activities and other aspects of school life.
Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Position: Fixed term maternity position. Full Time.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
